Andragogy

The aim of the training is to train andragogues who gained possession of suitable knowledge of social science so thus they are able to develop differentiated conditions for adult education and training. They know the most disadvantaged groups and know the problems of social integration of these groups. The andragogues are able to introduce new tools and methods in adult education, to improve educational institutions and they have the ability to promote physical and virtual access to learning opportunities of adults. They are prepared to continue their education as PhD students.
