Secretariat of the Doctoral Schools

  • Preparation and documentation of meeting minutes of the Council of the Doctoral School (DIT) under the operational direction of the head of the doctoral school,
  • Administrative support for the work of DIT management,
  • Document management of the doctoral school,
  • Organisational and administrative tasks related to the dayto-day operation of the doctoral school,
  • Maintenance, updating of the data content of the doctoral school’s website,
  • Continuous updating of the doctoral school’s content on the website of the National Doctoral Council (www.doktori.hu),
  • Continuous monitoring of MAB's (The Hungarian Accreditation Committee) resolutions and decisions on doctoral training, informing the management of the doctoral school about this.

The dates of the Council of the Doctoral Shool's meetings (DIT) and the Management of the DIT's meeting:

2023/2024. II. Semester

Council of the Doctoral School:

  • 18th April 2024 14:00-16:00
  • 20th June 2024 14:00-16:00

Management of the DIT:

  • 23rd January 2024 09:00-11:00
  • 20th February 2024 09:00-11:00
  • 9th March 2024 09:00-11:00
  • 16th April 2024 09:00-11:00
  • 14th May 2024. 09:00-11:00
  • 18th June 2024 09:00-11:00

Students' requests submitted to the Registrar's Office are reviewed/decided by the Management of the DIT or the Council of the Doctoral School in accordance with the university's Doctoral Regulations and the Faculty's Doctoral Regulations. The Management of the DIT votes on the requests received each month after the meeting.

The Council votes on the requests by letter after the meeting in the month of the meeting and after the Management of the DIT meeting in the other months.

Requests’ forms are available on the website of the Doctoral School and the Registrar's Office.


Students can handle matters within the Student Affairs and Registrar's Office at the Educational Management Office.

International Office

An academic, professional or research experience abroad has a lot of positive effects on anybody’s life, and the International Office works on helping as many members of the faculty as possible to be able to encounter at least one of them. Its goal is to coordinate the international activities of PPK, which covers making and keeping contact with partners, supporting the running and improvement of the foreign language-taught courses of the faculty, as well as assisting the mobility of students, teachers and the administrative staff and managing all the tasks connected to the international happenings around.
