Faculty Council

The Faculty Council is the governing body of the faculty, endowed with the right to decide, make recommendations, give opinions and monitor, and may examine all issues related to the training and research strategy.

Its main tasks are to determine the conditions of admission, to elect the chairmen and members of the faculty committees, to approve the rules of procedure of the standing committees, and to approve the annual reports of the research groups and faculty service units.

The Faculty Council consists of 31 members. The chairman of the board is the Dean, who, like the heads of the institutes, is an ex-officio member of the council. In addition to them, 12 lecturers-researchers, 10 students and 1 employee supporting teaching-research are members of the Faculty Council.
