In the last few years, the range of awarded projects has been started to get a shape in line with ELTE PPK's complex and multidisciplinary research and educational portfolio. The awarded projects boost the basic research activities run at the Faculty in different ranges of the subject to a great extent. In addition to the more than 30 ongoing OTKA projects, Bolyai scholarship and high-level projects financed by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences also enrich the Faculty's reputation. More than 10 Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe projects are ongoing with project managers from diverse institutions from different parts of Europe.

In summary, it must be said that all current projects illustrate a strong engagement to the practical utility of research results (in education and developing service/product) and to significant research orientation.
