Students who have not registered for the graduation ceremony or have cancelled their registration can collect their diploma from the Registrar’s Office as follows:

• on 15-16 July (Wednesday, Thursday) between 9:00 and 12:00. 
• on 22-23 July (Wednesday, Thursday) between 9:00 and 12:00.

During the graduation ceremonies, the Registrar’s Office will be closed, therefore it will not be possible to collect your diplomas on the following days: 27-28-29 July 2026 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).

After the graduation ceremonies, diplomas can be collected on 

• 30 July 2026 (Thursday), between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
• 31 July 2025 (Friday), between 9:00am and 12:00noon.
• 3-5 August 2026 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), between 9:00am and 12:00noon.

The Registrar’s Office is closed from 6 August to 23 August 2026. Afterwards, you can collect your diploma on the following days before the upcoming semester:

• 24 August 2026 (Monday), between 1:00pm and 3:00pm,
• 26 August 2026 (Wednesday), between 1:00pm and 3:00pm,
• 31 August 2026 (Monday), between 1:00pm and 3:00pm,

Mailing the diploma is not possible, it can only be collected in person. Valid photo identification is required to receive your diploma. During the above periods, you can authorize someone else to collect your diploma, by using the authorisation form below (make sure it is properly filled in and signed by two witnesses!).

Authorisation to receive your diploma

Regardless of how you collect your diploma, during the period between the final examination and the issuance of your diploma, you can request a certificate that your diploma is being issued. This certificate is valid for 30 days after the final examination and it can be used in lieu of the diploma during this period (e.g. for admission purposes).
