One of the most important elements of the faculty's social engagement is the operation of the "University of the Third Age, ELTE – for an Active Old Age" program, which aims to provide learning opportunities for older people by holding open lectures and seminars. Since 2013, staff members of the Department of Clinical Psychology and Addictology at ELTE PPK have been operating a Gambling Helpline (in Hungarian), which provides assistance in treating problems related to gambling and video games, while ensuring anonymity and complete confidentiality.

The faculty also contributes to the training and service activities of the entire university in the areas of life coaching, physical education, and sports.
