előadás

A four-member delegation from ELTE PPK visited Hue University in Vietnam in early July as part of the Erasmus+ programme, with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the two institutions and enriching the joint programme with a series of lectures.

As part of the cooperation and credit mobility programme, a delegation from the faculty – comprising Nguyen Luu Lan Anh, head of the partnership and director of the Institute of Intercultural Psychology and Education, Dean Andrea Dúll, Orsolya Endrődy, Erasmus Academic Coordinator, and Orsolya Bálint, a member of the International Office – travelled to Vietnam. The Hungarian guests were received at rector level and held discussions on opportunities for further cooperation in teaching and research, as well as the details of student mobility.

During the visit, the Hungarian lecturers also held workshops and classes for local students. Andrea Dúll gave a presentation to psychology students titled Environmental Psychology and Social Ecology of People-Environment Transaction, whilst Nguyen Luu Lan Anh spoke on Intercultural Competence in Education.

Orsolya Endrődy gave a lecture at the Department of Preschool Education of Hue University, in which she linked the Reggio Emilia approach to education with the experiences of the EXCIITE project in Budapest. The event, which engaged lecturers, preschool teachers and students, covered topics such as creativity, the educational environment, and the importance of listening to and understanding young children.

As part of the programme, two Vietnamese students will be coming to ELTE PPK in the autumn term, whilst lecturers from the two institutions regularly organise joint conferences and publish papers together.
