The Secretariat performs the secretarial tasks of the Dean and the Vice Dean(s); monitors with the faculty’s organisational units the changes in legislation, internal regulations and instructions that affect their areas of responsibility; prepares and updates the faculty’s regulations; and ensures the mandatory publication of information on the faculty website. Their tasks also include the operation of the faculty’s external and internal communication channels; the preparation of room schedules; the preparation of board meetings and other meetings; the execution of administrative tasks; the preparation and management of the Faculty Council’s personnel-related decisions; and the preparation of the faculty’s job descriptions.
