If you are an international student enrolled on a full degree program at ELTE and want to be an exchange student abroad, these pages are for you. We have collected the study abroad opportunities available for ELTE students who are interested in studying one or two semesters as exchange students at a partner university of ELTE abroad.

The most popular opportunity our students can take is the

• other mobility programmes too you can apply for.

ERASMUS+

Erasmus+ is the most successful initiative of the European Commission, which has helped with the study-related mobility of more than 9 million students and young people so far. Eötvös Loránd University is committed to the Erasmus+ programme, with the important objective of ensuring that as many ELTE students as possible participate in the programme.

The Erasmus+ programme offers the possibility to study abroad in a higher education institution for 2-12 months, to gain international work experience via an internship at a company or organisation in an Erasmus+ country (2-12 months), or even to combine both activities.

CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS

ERASMUS+ (Within the EU)

• Applications for Erasmus+ study abroad for the autumn and spring semesters of the academic year 2025/2026 can be submitted from 27.01.2025 until 24.02.2025 11:59 pm.

ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility (Outside the EU)

• Eötvös Loránd University is launching a call for applications for long-term and short-term student mobilities for the academic year 2025/2026. The deadline for applications is 26 February 2025.

INTERSHIP

• Applications for internships are continuously open, they must be submitted to the Faculty International Coordinator. The full call for applications is available here.

INFORMATION SESSIONS

Every year, we organise several information events for students at the PPK to inform them about the international mobility opportunities they can apply for as ELTE students.
