Main research areas
Digitalisation in organisational culture
In my research field, I am studying how digitalisation affects significant organisational psychological factors, such as organisational commitment, occupational stress and the experience of the latent functions. Digitalisation affects every organisation, leading to the appearance of various novel ways of work organisation; however, only a few studies focus on their long-term effects. In my research, I am not only focusing on the organisations but also the employees. From its results, one could organise long-term programs of assistance of intervention.
