creativity and physical education

My research focuses on creativity, a key 21st century competence. The development of creativity should be implemented in all subjects, including physical education. Learner-centred teaching methods are the most effective in promoting creativity. In my research, I aim to explore the national PE teachers' attitudes towards creativity and to map their teaching practices. International studies show that the use of music and dance can help to develop creative skills, so my aim is to create a musical gymnastics programme that can be used as a tool for physical education teachers. In the future, my aim is to make this programme known and used by as many people as possible, both in public and higher education.
