As the creator of the scientific field of environmental psychology in Hungary, in my research I explore the processes of interaction (transaction) between people and their physical (built, natural, virtual) environment, from perception to behavior, from individuals to social groups, and in different socio-physical scales, including micro-environments (e.g. objects) to meso-environments (e.g. buildings) to macro-environments (e.g. neighborhood, settlement).
