Qualitative approach to investigate patients' experiences in hospital and the psychological aspects of the doctor-patient relationship. What processes, personal and institutional factors play a role in how patients experience their time in a health care institution, what experiences they report and how they interpret their experiences. How do they experience interactions and communication with health care workers?
