Exploring and developing psychological capital among university students

Psychological capital is an umbrella term, its content is not uniform in the literature. Related research is aimed at revealing cause-and-effect relationships between certain personality psychological constructs and certain aspects of work productivity and learning. It has been proven to have a direct or indirect effect on wages, income, performance, satisfaction, etc. The concept of psychological capital, with the integration of psychological and economic points of view, requires an interdisciplinary approach, it can be considered a component of human capital as a personal, lasting, productive capacity. Psychological capital can be measured, developed and does not become obsolete, and it also contributes to mental health.
