The focus of my research is those factors that influence the competitiveness, development, and maintenance of sports organizations. Sports and sports business processes are combined and complex. The exploration of their connection and the assessment of the organizations' operation are based on the multidisciplinary cooperation of researchers. With our research, we strive to cooperate with sports organizations, federations, and companies. By interpreting the processes and exploring the innovative opportunities for practical implementation, we aim to enhance the applicability of the results.
