I study the motivations of intergroup solidarity: what makes minority and majority group members engage in collective action for social change.

I investigate prejudice and ways to reduce them in several intergroup contexts: how to decrease sexism, racism, prejudice toward sexual minorities and the stigmatization of people living with mental disorders.
